Jetpack Carousel Gallery not working

I noticed a number of carousel galleries that previously worked with the Jetpack Carousel Gallery format is no longer working. Based on this page for Jetpack, https://jetpack.com/support/carousel/ , they have put something in to disable this if it detects a theme’s shortcode that might conflict. Does anyone know if this is in fact true for X, or possibly something related to a recent update to X or Wordpress 5.x that has caused this to stop working. Site is on X ver. 6.4.6 and WP 5.0.3

Thanks for reaching out.

X theme has no gallery feature that overrides Wordpress gallery shortcode, perhaps it’s from another plugin of your site. This is an example https://www.themepunch.com/faq/convert-native-wp-galleries-essential-grids/. Please try deactivating your plugins one at a time while testing it.
