Jetpack 10.3 breaking Xpro background videos

Hello there,

I have updated Jetpack on my staging site -https://camspizzastage.wpengine.com/ - running XPro 5.1.4 with a Child Theme active, to Version 10.3 and it has stopped background videos from running. I saw a few other users w this issue but no fix was posted.

I have disabled all plugins except for jetpack and Woocommerce to check for conflicts but Im not seeing anything and this did not help.

Can you take a look and let me know how to fix? I have included login details as a secure note.

Hi Pyanfar, I have checked in my local environment and found that the issue is still exists with the plugin version 10.1. I have also checked that the issue does not persists with the default themes like Twenty Twenty. I will report this to our Issue Tracker to let our development team aware of it. For now you can add the following custom CSS to the Theme Options > CSS as a temporary fix. .mejs-container.x-wp-video-shortcode { position:unset; } Thanks

It’s very unfortunate that the solution didn’t work for you. As I said before the issue has been already reported to our issue tracker but we didn’t have any news on that till now.
