JavaScript Tacking Code Placement

The library I work for is switching over to a new marketing platform, and part of that is to add some JavaScript into the html. This is what they sent me:

Insert following code at the end of the web page before ending </body> tag.

What would be the best way to add this? I’m wondering if I could add it to the footer somehow?
