Hello Brent,
Thanks for asking.
I checked the form page and can see that you are using custom coded form on the page. I also checked the page on the mobile and over there it’s not working. Further checking the code it seems that the issue is related with the validation of form field.
Having said that, it’s a custom developed form and providing support for custom code falls outside the scope of support we can offer. In that regards I suggest you to get in touch with a developer for some help.
To learn more about validation, please take a look at following resource.
Thanks.
Hi
I understand it is custom code and would not normally have submitted a ticket to you regarding this but it did work for me on the mobile version.
This lead me to believe that the error in validation was caused by the theme.
I am surprised that the mobile did not work for you.
Thanks
Brent
Hi Brent,
You can temporarily change your theme to wordpress default twentyseventeen theme and test the case.
You can also try clearing w3c cache and temporarily deactivate it.
As my colleague have stated we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script.
Thank you for understanding.
