Javascript lead pop-up works when logged in, but not when logged out

When logged into Wordpress, the button titled “Send Me The PDF” shows a Sumo pop-up (the issue does not lie with Sumo, because I’ve tried using multiple tools without success).

However, when logged out of Wordpress, the same button just refreshes the page. After inspecting element, it seems that there’s no link/code there at all to trigger the pop-up.

Any help would be appreciated.

May I know where you is the Sumome code added? Please try adding it in a classic text element, and your buttons too.
