Javascript Error on Page with Form

Hello,

I have a Javascript error on a page where I have a form plugin. I contacted the creator of the plugin, and he stated it is not an error with the form.

Here is the Javascript error:

Uncaught TypeError: window.csGlobal.collapse is not a function
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (x-body.min.js?ver=6.0.4:1)
    at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)

dcboh-mobile-logo.png:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello There,

Thanks for posting in! I have inspected the page and I can see that Cornerstone is up to date using 3.1.6. Upon checking, you have forgotten to update X theme. Please have it updated to X 6.1.6 because older version is not compatible with the latest Cornerstone. After doing all the updates, remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Thanks! It does. Completely forgot about updating the main theme since I am using a child theme.
