Iubenda Margin Problem

Hi, I’m experiencing a general margin problem after Iubenda’s plugin installation and can’t understand why.

Basically the website is set to be displayed at 90% of the page size. When Iubenda’s plugin is active the size seems to become at 100% though. But only affects the part where there is a text in the column and not where are images.

Has a walk around I’ve started trying to set the margin (left+right) where a column has text, at 5% each side. But surely the problem is somewhere else and there is another solution.

Please have a look at the picture below.

Please let me know.
Kind regards,
Flavio

Hello @89Flay,

Thanks for writing to us.

It might be the issue of plugin style which is overriding the theme and builder style. I would suggest you please disable the plugin and then check it again. Please note we don’t provide any third-party plugin support it is out of the support scope. I tried to access your site but it seems that you have not given the administrator privilege to this user account.

Thanks for understanding

Hi @prakash_s thanks for your reply.
I gave you administrator access to that account. Can you please tell me if it is actually that plugin that cause the problem and why? (if that in order to contact the plugin support) Because I tried to deactivated and also delete it but nothing changed.

Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Flavio

Hello Flavio,

I have logged in and I edited the page. I found out that your margin is not because of any plugin. It is because of your Row settings. The Row with the texts is using the Global Container with no padding, while the Row with the images is using a 5% left and right padding.

To get your issue resolve, please edit your page and make sure that all of your Row elements will have the same left and right padding settings.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

Hi @ruenel and thank you for your feedback. Yes I started to add the 5% left/right padding in the first pages, but before installing that plugin those text sections were correctly visible with correct margin.
Don’t know why after installed the plugin I need to manually set the left/right padding.

In any case, if that’s the only solution, thank you for your check and I will continue to edit the pages accordingly.
Kind Regards,
Flavio

Hi Flavio,

I have also checked and found that the suggested solution by my colleague is the only possible solution for now.

Thanks

hi @tristup thank you for your reply. I’m still wondering why before installing the plugin it worked without necessarily adding the left/right margin.

Hi Flavio,

It might be due to some custom CSS code added by that specific plugin that overrides the default left/right margin.

Thanks
