Itemized receipt

Hello, I just purchased a license for Pro but I don’t see a way to print out a receipt. I am working for a school district on this project and I have to have an itemized receipt for the purchase. Can you offer assistance?

Hi, thanks for asking!

You’re supposed to receive an email with a direct link to your receipt.

But you have a simple access through Apex menu:

• Click on your Avatar, on the sidebar on the left, just below APEX logo;
• On the drop-down menu, click on “Orders”
• You have the list of your orders, and the last column is “RECEIPT” - just click on “View/Print” on each order you got.
