Item Purchase Code not working - but is correct

Hi, I have license from themeforest from 2014, it was registered on a domain which was 301 to a new domain.

I tried to register the new domain and get an error “We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.”

The code is 100% correct. It is the one in my account from 2014

What should I do?

Hey Jakub,

I see you have 2 X licenses. The message is for Cornerstone so it sounds like you have Cornerstone installed but not X. It’s similar to this thread.

Please double check that you have X installed and activated on the site and not only Cornerstone then validate it in X > Validation.
