Hi, is it already possible to add the item number to cart icon in the header?

Hello Nik,

Yes, it is possible using Dynamic Content. Go to Toggle > Text > Text Setup: Enable this option. Then select woocommerce cart content from the Dynamic option {{dc:woocommerce:cart_items}}

You need to format how it looks after adding it.
