Issues with Updating to Pro Version: 6.0.7

Hi there,

Two issues upon updating:

  1. Any element with an effect applied is not showing up in the builder.

  2. Gravity forms are booted from the form element. This is requiring me to edit each page that has a form and re-select which form should be displayed.

Here’s the site I am experiencing the issues on: https://757collab.org

Thank you,

Jared

Hi Jared,

Thanks for reaching out.
There might be some different reasons behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

  1. Theme Related Issue
  2. Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update related issue
  4. CSS/JS Customization
  5. Disabling Cache
  6. Disabling CDN

Hi Jared,

I have created a Test* page and added a Button element with the Interaction effect and it worked perfectly fine. Please find the page URL below.

If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Thanks

Rather than creating a new page, give one of the current pages a look. Here’s what I’m seeing when I attempt to edit the homepage:

Hi Jared,

I have checked that too before creating the Test page, I checked it again and didn’t find the problem you described in your screenshot.

I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

I have tried clearing caches on Safari and Chrome on multiple computers, including a computer that has never accessed the site. I’m really at a loss here.

Hey @IstoriaAgency,

I have inspected the homepage thoroughly and I found out that you have inserted an incorrect HTML URL in on of your links in the custom footer. You have inserted #https://www.linkedin.com/ which breaks the JS and has created a conflict with the builder.

Removing the # character in the link resolves the issue and now, all the elements with effects on it are displaying in the builder.

Best Regards.

Not sure how that # got in there. Thank you so much for finding it and fixing this issue for me!

Hey @istoriaagency,

I suspect that you just added there without noticing it but we’re glad that my colleague was able to find the culprit.

Cheers!
