Issues with theme after update

We updated the theme and now have the following issues:

The cornerstone editor does not work

The accordion icons are missing

Thanks for writing in!

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

And if you have a minification plugin like Autoptimize plugin, you will need to clear the cache and regenerate the minified JS and CSS files so that the latest codes will be used and not the cache and old minified version.

Each plugin has its own link or way for you to clear the cache. With Autoptimize, you may need to check the FAQs.

Autoptimize

I have logged in earlier and temporarily disabled the plugin. I continued testing looking for other clues regarding the cause of this issue. I am not sure if you are also logged in. One thing I noticed though that the plugin were activated again which I am sure that I did deactivate it. Could we temporarily deactivate any caching plugins in your site so we can investigate this further?

Disabling your Autoptimize plugin makes the builder loads again

But, just clearing the cache isn’t working so maybe the cache is deeply embedded to your site (internal caching).

And about the icon, looks like you have existing customization in your child theme which is no longer applicable for new versions of icons. You can confirm this by activating the X theme instead of the X child theme. I recommend updating your customization in your child theme by copying the latest codes from the main theme and apply the customization again.
