Hi!
On our site we regularly switch between 2 headers using the Header Manager during live events and as of recently have been having a really tough time getting them to actually switch over. In fact for the past few days no matter what I do I can’t get it to switch back over from using our “live” version.
Our workflow is usually to set the inactive one to Global and if it isn’t already drop the priority to 1, then completely unassign the other.
Out of desperation I duplicated then deleted the old one that was still showing up despite being unassigned and now much of my site is using the “Classic” Header and won’t respect new assignment conditions.
Any help would be appreciated!!!
