Issues with Siteground staging environment

I am having issues with editing a page in cornerstone when X Theme is on a staging environment on Siteground. The URL is http://staging1.costclass.com and below is a quick video on the issue:

The error I’m receiving is: The preview could not load due to misconfigured URLs. This could happen if you are using multiple environments and the site URL was not updated after migrating.

Thanks for asking.

As mentioned in the video that you are on Siteground server. I am not quite sure how Siteground staging server works. However, in general any changes made into a staging server don’t not get automatically pushed into the live website until and unless you migrate those changes to live server as-well .

Actually in your case Cornerstone is unable to decide from where it’s supposed to load the resources. On one hand the website is hosted on a staging url and on the other hand under WordPress configuration URL’s are completely different. Can you please try adding the staging website url under Settings > General > WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) and then see how it goes? You can have a chat with Siteground support team regarding the changes made in staging servers but I don’t think changes should get automatically trickled to the live website.
