Issues with scrolling slids and embeded vidos

Hi,

I’ve not come across this issue before and it seems to be intermitent.

When clicking the video and testimonials slider left/right button on the following website, I get the attached error:
A problem repeatedly occurred on “https://holisticatheart.com/testimonials #next”.

Strangely, this only occurs when viewing from a mobile, specifically iPhones.

It looks like the issue you are experiencing is typically related to how some mobile browsers, particularly on iOS devices, handle resource-heavy content like videos. These browsers limit autoplaying videos and aggressively manage memory and performance to keep devices running smoothly. As a result, large or high-resolution videos can sometimes cause crashes. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and cookies and recheck it.

Thanks for the message.

To fix the issue, I compressed the size and quality of the video to reduce its file size to less than 3 MB. Unfortunately, this did not resolve my issue.

I removed the video completely for testing and found that the issue persists; when clicking the testimonials slider left/right buttons, I get the same error.

It’s certainly not as frequent as before. Happend now at around five or six clicks, or if going back and forth repeatedly.

I’ll do another test with the video on its own (no testimonial slider) and see if it will play in full without errors.

If someone can relook at this for me that would be much appreciated.

I’ve checked your website, and since the video has already been removed, the issue is no longer appearing.

I recommend creating a test page and re-adding the video to reproduce and investigate the issue further.
