You will see under the lower section “Delivery & fitment options” that the select fields are not acting responsively. Can you please advise on a solution. Lastly is it possible to get some fields to stack side by side in this section also?

Thank you for the information. I can see the issue when you resize. But then when you reload the page the select field width adjusted. Upon checking closely, there is fixed width added to it. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cYfuj9BcV4
You could try testing for a plugin conflict first. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If this is not cause by a plugin, please check for any customization. Try to remove it and then check again. Let us know how this goes!

It looks like the select options are from a plugin and it has a set width.
It would be best to get in touch with the developer of the plugin about the adjustments for the fields generated by the plugin.
