Issues with my Hamburger (drop down menu)

Hi I’m having issues with my Hamburger (drop Down Menu) on Mobile as well as Slider Revolution.
I’ve updated everything to the latest version and even signed out and signed back into word press, activated and deactivated the slider.
Help, im at my wits end. any advice would greatly be appreciated, you can find my site at www.wadegordonacademy.com

Thanks Rick

I had similar issue some hours ago. I tried looking around if it was z-index issue. It’s exactly same problem.

What I did was that I added a new bar and then moved all my element to that bar and deleted the old bar. This will solve your problem.

The problem should be the bar. Maybe Themeco staffs can tell us exactly what the problem is.

Regards.

Hi Rick,

It seems the console error is blocking the JavaScript code to fire on click to the Hamburger menu. Console error definition shows that it might be raised from the 3rd party plugin named wp-eMember and custom code.

I would recommend you deactivating the 3rd party plugin and try once, if that does not help I would suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues on this.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Child Theme Related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling Cache
5.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

Hi Rick,

You’re welcome and great, just let us know so that we can help you further with your issue.

Thank you.

@marc_a I Switched the Theme from X to Pro and that fixed it. do you think that it will harm any other features of the site? I was also having to deactivate the Slider Revolution, it just wasn’t working. Slider Revolution shows an update, but since I didn’t buy it directly, because it was an added feature on Pro, it won’t let me update it. what do you think?

Thanks for your help, I appreciate it.

Hi Rick,

Switching X to Pro will not harm any other features in your website because everything in X also available in Pro. I suggest that you deactivate your Slider Revolution plugin first, then try to update it again. If it doesn’t help, I advise that you backup your website then delete the Slider Revolution plugin and install it again in Pro > Validation then look for Slider Revolution Slider.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

@marc_a Perfect! that worked as well. one small issue, my header menu is showing up as minimal. I would like to display the full menu, can that be accessed in the menu tab?

Hi Rick,

In the WordPress admin dashboard, go to Appearance > Menus and just add your menus there then make sure that the primary menu is check in the display location.

Hope that helps.
