Issues validating theme and updating plugins

I am trying to validate my X theme as it was requested after I tried to do the last update but I keep getting this message:

Activation problem: Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account

I checked your forum and tried deleting my licence and re adding the URL where the theme is installed in my apex account but it’s not working. I am unable to validate, and unable to update the thme, cornerstone and one of your extensions plugins. Please advice. Many Thanks

Thanks for writing in! The license code that you have provided above is different from the license code I see on your Themeco account (see secure note).

I have used the license code on your Themeco License page and I was able to validate your site without any issues.
