Issues on Mobile with Footer

I am having issues on mobile with custom footers. I haven’t built any pages yet. The only thing I was focusing on was building a header and footer. When I view on mobile or a minimized width on desktop with a web browser, it won’t let me scroll up or down, depending where I am, to go the other direction. Once I attempt it and leave it alone for about 3-4 seconds, it will scroll the direction I want.

I am going to put a secure note with a link to the screen recording so you can see what is happening. I’ll also include an admin login.

It might be the issue of the Footer bar custom height I would suggest you go to the Footer bar and set the Footer bar custom height as auto and recheck it. Please note you must purge all the cache and browser cache then recheck it again

I think I already went down that road already, but I went ahead and set all bars to auto and purged the cache and it still happens.

Hello @Kev,

Please also change the height of the Bar elements in your custom header to auto.

I did that to both bars in header. I made all the bars set to auto and it still did the same thing (changed the second bar in header back to where I needed it. I even deleted each bar on header and footer, one by one, and tested to see if any of those were the issue.

When I remove the header it still happens. When I remove the footer, then it goes to normal. So the issue is in the footer. I will rebuild the footer again and let you know f that fixes it.

@ruenel, @prakash_s I believe I have this figured out. Any time I add a row element to the container, it causes the scrolling issue. Once I delete it, it goes away.

Looks like a BUG to me.

I’m getting there. Looks maybe it was a Row element inside a column???

Hello Kev,

Please set maximum width and height in your Column or Row elements. We would also try to replicate the issue on our local testing server with the same layout structure.
