Issues Loading Website after Wordpress Update 4.9.2

GoDaddy automatically upgraded my Wordpress and the last two days it’s been unresponsive or very slow. I just spent 20m on tech support and they said it’s just the website and their servers are fine.

Has this happened to anyone else and what can I do about it?

Seems this is not a usual issue that everyone faces. Can you please check if there is any plugin conflicting your site after update. You can just disable all third party plugins one one by one and test.
Also please increase you PHP memory limit by adding this code in your wp-config.php

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
