Issues in Editor after upgrade to 4.0.0

Hi,

I just upgraded to PRO 4.0.0 but have actually just rolled back to v 3.2.3 again as when i was in the page editor and when i hovered over the sections in my layout on the left, it kept displaying a white bar with the title of the section on the left hand side of the preview window. I guess it was trying to highlight the section with an outline as per what happens normally but failing. Screenshot attached. (i did clear the cache after the update)

I am on WordPress v5.4. Do i need to update the to 5.6 before updating and have you seen this before?

Hi Chris,

It will be very difficult to understand without seeing the actual error. Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having.
I would suggest you upgrade the theme to the latest version and let us know if you still have the same issue. If you get the same issue again, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
