Issues following X theme update

Hi guys, I’ve had some issues on my site since running the latest updates. I’ve had to deactivate my cache plugin, which resolved a problem with the menu layout (I’m unsure of how else to resolve it and still use the plugin).

There is also a problem with pages in which I have used a different page builder - the Divi builder - the layouts are fine when the plugin is enabled on the page for editing, but the pages are a mess when the builder is not enabled.

Some ideas on how I can fix this would be appreciated - I really don’t fancy having to rebuild multiple pages.

Many thanks.

Hi Rachael,

Thank you for writing in, sorry but can you clarify what is the issue? Your site looks fine viewing from front-end.

In the meantime, please clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. Even the deactivated caching plugin, please activate those back and Purge its cache.

Let us know how it goes,
Cheers!

Hi Friech, thanks for your reply.

I’ve done all the cache purges, but the pages built with the Divi page builder are still showing as all messed up.
Like this one: https://www.rachaeljansen.com.au/balanced-in-10/

On an incognito page, the home page menu/header looks like this (and it’s also screwed up if I look via my phone):

I’m at a loss as to what else I can do.
Thanks for your help.

Hi Rachael,

It seems that the issue is related to the Cache.
If you haven’t installed any of the cache plugins, please clear the Style Cache from Pro > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and update. Please check if that resolves the issue.

If that does not resolve the issue, there might be some different reasons behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
4.Disabling CDN
5.Child Theme Related issue

NOTE: Please remember that Divi Builder is not a supported plugin, you may need to contact the Divi Builder author on this.

Thanks
