Issues finding page template

I have used Conerstone for many years, however when using with different theme to X - i cannot locate the standard page templates that come with Cornerstone such as Blank, No header, no footer or Full Width etc etc

It seems that you are not using the X theme. Please make sure you have activated the X theme to use the X theme page Template. If it doesn’t work for you we need to check your settings. I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot common issue before we investigate your settings.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
