Hello,

we have found some bugs or it may just be us doing something wrong.

  1. The portfolio titles are missing when viewing a single portfolio item. The title exists on the portfolio page where all portfolio items are listed.

I tried this suggestion: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/page-titles-missing/4818/2 but it didn’t work.

  1. The image gallery does not work for portfolio items. Might have something to do with the empty dropdown revSlider here:

  1. The HEADER and FOOTER on the Shop page are not the same as on other pages.

  2. Scroll Bottom Anchor doesn’t work. When I click it, nothing happens.

Enable Scroll Bottom Anchor is checked.
“bottom right” is selected for “Scroll Bottom Anchor Alignment”.

Hi @comtec,

I see you’re using Pro. The issues you’re describing are a side effect of using the header builder. Pro Headers override the “landmark” area, which includes where the portfolio titles would be output. We’re working on an update to address this. Also, with how WooCommerce just uses the shop URL and doesn’t consider it a page, there isn’t a way to assign a header on the shop - it will just use the global header. This is also something we’re looking into so there’s a way to target the true WooCommerce shop with header/footer assignments.

Can you try updating Pro to version 1.1.1? There were many bug fixes in that release including some adjustments we made to how javascript is loaded for the footer. This might solve the issue where the scroll anchor isn’t working.

Finally, for the portfolio. I just tested this locally in the latest version of Pro and it’s working ok. Could you also let us know if that’s working for you after the update? If not, we can advise further, but may need to take a closer look on your site (login credentials can be added in a secure note)

We have updated the theme, but the problems still exist. I have added the login credentials in the secure note. Please take a look. Thank you.

I checked and I can see the scroll to top button is now working.

As for the other issues like the portfolio title, please note that those are not available when using PRO Headers.

Hi There,

I tried multiple times as fast as I could and I could not replicate the issue on my end.

Would you mind to try with a different computer to see if that is isolated to your installation?

I though that the click on the down-arrow button was supposed to go the next section of the page, but it just goes to the top. Just to confirm, is this the correct behaviour, going to the top?

Hi There,

Sorry for the confusion, upon checking it, seems like this functionality is not integrated with PRO yet. I will forward it to our development team.

In the mean while I have created he same functionality manually for you using an icon shortcode and some inline css added to a text element in revolution slider. As you can see the code does not render inside revolution slider but it does on the live site and works as expected.

That would be getting into custom development which is outside the scope of our support.

We don’t have an ETA for that yet. Please stay tuned for updates.
