Issues again with editing in Cornerstone

I have yet again tried to edit my about me page on cornerstone and cannot see how to do this.
I am in inspector and it keeps coming up wtih code. I have tried in multiple ways.

Help please, I hate not being able to go in and make changes as needed. I had solved these previously but thinking this may be becuase of updates ect.

I am not sure if this will be an ongoing issue and if i should consider something easier for my needs?

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that your About page is using a custom Single layout. You will have to edit the page design with the Layout Builder.
