Issue with WooCommerce Lightbox - can't click off the image!

Hi, I’m working on a WooCommerce clothing site with X Pro and for the products I’m wanting to include a size chart which is in the form of a jpeg. I’ve added some text ‘Size Guide’ and assigned link and put the URL as the sizing guide jpeg I’ve uploaded. That’s all fine, apart from when you click on the link, the image opens in a pop up and it’s really big and when you try to click on the space either side of it, nothing happens, whereas it’s supposed to click off the pop up and go back to the web page. I have no idea how to change this either!

I’d be grateful of any help or pointers!

I’ll put the URL in a secure note as it’s being built on a temp link.

Thanks for reaching out.
By clicking the link in Sizing help it will open an image instead of a modal(as you have described it), and that is why there is no closing button or else has been found. After going through the Product, I found a simple hyperlink is added with the image link, and nothing related to modal.

It seems that the issue is not related to our theme and it’s need customization, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where the customization questions are answered.

Hi @tristup,

Instead of me having some text with a link, if I go to Add Media > Create Gallery and select the sizing chart image, when you click on the image should that then open up in the modal?

Hi @core365,

The process you followed it actually adding the Image URL, and it does not open up in Modal. It just a simple link that open the image in the browser.
