Issue with video background

Hi all,

I have a question in regards of the video background in the PRO editor. I have read through some similar support posts but not yet found an answer for my issue. Also, to clarify, this is on a normal screen, so no touch device.

I have uploaded the video from my computer to my WordPress site but it does not show or play on the site. Also, when I try the video link in the browser the video just downloads the video to my computer again. Maybe it is a setting in WordPress or PRO that I have missed?

Hi There,

I’ve tried with that video file and the background video didn’t work as well.

Could you please try converting it to the MP4 file?
