Issue with theme x pro custom header and title tags h1-h6

Hi there,

i have issue with the theme x pro header builder. For now i can insert a headline in it and change to H1 tag but it didn´t work. I have no H1 tag in code. Is this a theme bug or do i something wrong?

Could someone help me that out?

Cheers
Martin

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in!
I tried the headline module in pro header builder in both way changing the Tag to H1 and adding H1 Tag to content, its working find for me and in the code H1 gat is also exist for both cases.
I am not sure if we are in same track or not. Please check the attached screenshot . and let us know if you are looking at some thing different.

You can also add screenshot for your issue.

Thanks

Hi there,

for me it´s not working.

As you can see on your second screenshot there is still typed in the textfield h1 and /h1. Please delete the h1 and /h1 and type only Basanta in that text field. I´m sure that it will not work and no h1 tag appears in code. Sorry for that.

If neccesary i could do the same screenshots as you do.

But try it out

Thank you

Cheers

Hey Martin,

This is not an issue on my end.

Hi Christian,

thanks for reply. Are you in normal headline like in the content builder or in headline in the header builder?

I ask because the headline in content builder works like i expected, the h1 to h6 tag is wokring in code. But in Header builder is not working. No H1 Tag in code.

I turned of some plugins but nowthing helped.

Sorry for that.

I attached screenshots

Hi there,

Would you mind providing the admin details of your site in a Secure Note so that we can check it?

Thank you.

Hi There,

Thank you for the credentials, that seems to be some kind of a corrupted headline element because when I add a new headline in the header (a copy of your header) it turns out to be fine. Please clear your caching and minifier plugins. If clearing cache does not work, regretfully you need to redo those problematic headlines.

Cheers!

Hi friech,

thank you for your reply. You have made my day

A new headline solved it, but it were helpful to understand what makes the corrupt behavior.

Thanks again

Hi Martin,

We are not exactly sure what cause it, could have been a cache issue.

Anyway glad to know it works now.

Have a nice day!
