Issue with slider in component?

Hi,

I’ve created a component with a slider in it, which shows images of references. On desktop everything looks fine and the distance (margin) to the content below is perfect - also if I scale my browser window down to mobile view. But - when I look at the same slider/component on my iPhone, the margin to the content below is a lot bigger.

I’ve attached screenshots from desktop (left) and iPhone (right).

See the website here.

Hi @Kobber,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website on the smaller screen and found the gap as mentioned in your screenshots. That is due to the height of the slider, as shown in the given screenshot. I would suggest you adjust the height of the column through the Responsive Settings for the specific breakpoint, and check if that helps.
If that does not help, we need to check the settings, and please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Hi @tristup

It doesn’t seem to help to adjust the column height and since this issue only appear on mobile and not desktop, I think it’s something else.

I’ve added my login.

Hello @Kobber,

Set the width of the Slider container elements to 100%.

You may need to clear your mobile phone browser’s cache before testing the site again.

Thanks.

It still doesn’t work properly. It still doesn’t look good on mobile and often there’s just a blank space where the slider should be when viewing the website on mobile. On desktop I’ve set it to show 5 images per page, but it only shows 2-3. It seems to be quite random what works.

The stacked slider works great but the inline feels buggy and unstable. I hope it will get an update soon. I’ll find another solution for this project.

Thanks for your help though

Thank you for your feedback @Kobber.
