Issue with Site loading

Hey, I have a problem with my site loading very slow on the customer server.

I have measured it with GTmetrix and get the following hints.

Somehow the site takes ages to even start loading and suddenly everything goes very fast.
Is there any thing that I can do to see what causes the slow laoding?

I’ve deactivated all plugins and nothing changes. When I switch the theme it loads very quick…

1. Choice of Web Hosting Service
2. Uploading Large Sized Images and Videos
3. A large number of the plugin uses
4. Use of lower version of the theme, plugin and WordPress etc.
