Issue with Revolution slider Image and layer grid size

Hello Team,

I have my slider grid size (1280*720) as well as my image size too. When i check with the live mode the upper and lower part of image is cutting. The both full width and full screen not working with the same grid size.

IDK what must be the grid size and image size to have a perfect slider.

I tried checking the site in your license page but I can’t seem to find the Revolution Slider.

Try setting the slide’s Background Fit setting to contain.

In case the slider is in a different URL, kindly provide the direct URL to that page so that we can check.

yes the same site with a different page (its on dev purpose). i want to know more about the slide layout and grid size to keep proper image on the slider.

i have the full screen (slide layout) with 1280720 (grid size). the image dimension also same 1280720.
still the image is cutting.

Hey Siddharth,

Sorry for the confusion. The problem you’re facing is aspect ratio mismatch. In case you don’t know yet, it’s like placing a rectangular photo to a square frame. In order for the photo to fit, you need to cut it. With that said, it’s not possible for a Fullscreen slider to respect the aspect ratio of your image because you can never change the aspect ratio of the device’s screen.

The slider layout that you need is Auto. Since the widely used aspect ratio nowadays is 16:9, using an image with that aspect ratio like 1280x720 would appear fullscreen in most devices.
