Hi there,
I have noticed messages on many of my sites that they are no longer licensed. Logging into my account, I can see that the subscription is “Paid Through” to today, and is marked as Active, but I am unable to add more sites to this license key.
The card associated with this subscription is still active and valid.
Can you assist with this? Customers have been getting in touch to let me know about the need to license Pro, which comes across as a bit unprofessional!
