Issue with PRO (related to Event Calendar Pro)

My site is having such a weird issue. We are using PRO, latest version as well as latest version of PHP and Wordpress.

We have been using Event Calendar Pro for the longest time. Until recently, it has been working great. Now, our event calendar is all distorted and not working at all.

After talking with the developers of Event Calendar Pro, we found out it is a “theme” issue. When I am using another theme (default Twenty-Twenty One) OR, even “X”, it displays. I have reinstalled WP, all plugins, disabled plugins and even re-installed PRO.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Spent hours on this.

The given credential are not working, please double-check and update it with the correct one. In the meantime, there could be a plugin conflict or custom code affecting your event calendar. I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures.

  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION

Thanks for sharing the credentials I went ahead and checked your site. I went ahead and deactivated all the plugins after that the events are loading fine. You must check the plugin conflict as mentioned by my colleague @marc_a. You must deactivate all the plugins and then activate them one by one and check which plugin is causing the issue.

I also notice that some of your plugins requires an update. You must update them as well.

When the theme is changed it works. What could be causing it to not work with ALL plugins enabled and PRO active?

I checked the plugin conflict and it seems that there might be a plugin conflict between Yoast Seo and The Events Calendar plugin. I would recommend you temporarily deactivate the Yoast Seo plugin and check it again. I would suggest you contact a plugin author who can assist you with your concern. Please note that we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of support scope.
