Issue with PRO Headline Element

Hi,

I am using the headline element, but the page won´t show it.

Let me explain.

I have this header with this headline element inside:

But it won´t show:

But it is there

How can I solve this?

Hello @ignaciosantiago,

Thanks for writing in!

I have inspected your page and I found out that you are having this issue because you have inserted this:

<p>MensandBeauty</p>

The <p> tags is no longer necessary since you already selected the tag in the headline settings.

If you want to use the html <p> tag, I would recommend that you change the tag in the settings to DIV instead.

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks!!! Is weird, because I did not insert that tag.

One more thing. Why is the mobile version won´t show the text correctly???

Hello @ignaciosantiago,

Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions is Pro theme 3.0.2

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Please let us know how it goes.

Updated, but I still see the problem.

Hi @ignaciosantiago,

Are you referring to MensandBeauty headline? Because it’s not displaying even on mobile, nor present from the page source code.

Or are we talking to different headlines now? Please provide a whole screenshot instead

Thanks!

Hi,

The sreenshot:

Hey @ignaciosantiago,

Thank you for the screenshot. This can be fixed with Responsive Text feature, please see the 2 methods in the video tutorial below.

Hope this helps!

I had tried, but I am not able.

What does he writes in the font size value?

Hey @ignaciosantiago,

The value is calc(1em + 1vw). Adjust the em and vw values as per your design needs.

I’d recommend that you familiarize yourself with Fluid Typography to understand the Font Size setup though. Below is a good article to start with.

Hope that helps.

Wow!!! That worked @christian_y!!!

Thank you very much. I´ll read more about Fluid Typography.

You’re always welcome!

Cheers.
