When we refresh the page, the picture is there

The problem does not seem to be related to our theme. Would you please change the theme of the website from our theme to the default theme of WordPress such as Twenty-Twenty and test the case? The problem should persist and that will show that the problem is related to your server configuration.
I did a Google search and found this article that might help you troubleshoot the problem.
