It seems that when we have a custom product (made via Fancy Product Designer) in our cart and we are logged in the off-canvas cart content won’t display any products.
I’m not sure what’s the issue because we used the modal cart previously without problem so it seems to be related to the off-canvas cart item only.
Any possible fix for this?

It might be the cache issue, do you have any cache plugins installed in your website? Can you please temparorily disable them then check again?
Please also try testing a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
