Issue with mobile permalink

Hi there, I have searched forum and can’t find answer. A link that is absolutely fine on laptop does not work on mobile devices. It seems to turn to a page id rather than post setting. So on laptop it is fine. On mobile it goes to a page not found. I will add log in and page id in private setting.
Be grateful if can advise what I’m doing wrong. Thanks so much.
Kate

Hi Kate,

It could be something specific on the setup of your website. I would love you check it but you have several licenses in your account and I am not sure which one is the site in question.

Would you mind providing the URL so that we can check it?

Thank you.

Just replied and then deleted as wasnt sure if secure note. So have reposted as secure. Sorry about that!

Hello Kate,

Thanks for updating the thread.

I checked the website and on my end it’s working and loading fine both on desktop and on mobile. I have re-generated the permalinks. Can you please try clearing cache and load the website again?

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks.

Completely baffled as I am still having the same problem at this end. This is the registration page for pharmacies to access more info on the site. Just bought an SSL cert but not sure whether to add until sorted this out. Any clues? I have cleared all caches etc, and still getting error on mobile but can see on laptop. Thanks Prasant for your help

Hi @toolboxkate,

Thank you for the information. It seems that the problem you are experiencing is deeper than the one you anticipated. It is not related to our theme. You can check that by going to Appearance > Themes and change the X theme to another one, then you can check the frontend of the website, and you will encounter the same error.

The problem that I see is that when I go to Appearance > Menus the admin crashes and throws this error:

The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

You need to fix that issue first. This will be outside of our support scope, but I did a Google search here that might help you in starting your research to find the problem cause.

Thank you.
