Thanks for writing in! The items on display are limited only. That is to prevent from causing the builder to a timed out and/or resource hogging. Imagine if the builder will display all items and what would happen if someone has 50 or more than a hundred global blocks. The builder would load the page very slowly thus eating up the resources and it could potentially cause conflict with the builder when inserting/deleting or doing editing.
