Issue with Envira album page and the cornerstone editor

We are having an issue with the Envira album page and the cornerstone editor. When we add the envira album shortcode to the page it does not render on the frontend and shows as blank. When we add the envira album shortcode outside of the cornerstone editor it works fine. https://ffamcs.wpengine.com/galleries

I would suggest you please use Classic Envira Gallery element or you can also Raw content element.

If it doesn’t work for you we need to check your settings. I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot common issue before we investigate your settings.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• Exact Page URL

Since this is an album we need to use the shortcode, I tried with the Raw Content element and it did not work.

I’ve added the logins.

Envira Albums is a premium Add On and because you have “Pro Envira Gallery” licence, we suggest you to get in touch with Envira Gallery support team for help. Unless this Add On will be bundled in the theme in the future, there would be no integration so you will need to use the shortcode method outside of Cornerstone at the moment.
