Issue with Elementor Integration and X Pro Theme

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I am encountering with the X Pro Theme and Cornerstone Builder on my website. I have set up the site to add products to the cart and display a customized image upon a client’s completion of an edit, similar to another of my websites where this functionality works flawlessly with Elementor.

However, on the website using your X Pro Theme and Cornerstone, despite identical configurations and extensions, the customized image fails to appear in the cart or during checkout. This leads me to believe the issue may stem from the X Pro Theme or Cornerstone integration.

Could you please investigate this issue? I am willing to provide admin credentials for you to access and troubleshoot the problem directly on my site.

I have checked the Cart and found the broken image as described here. After checking the image URL, it has been found that is not correct and that is why it is not visible. Can you please check by removing the from the name and slug of the product and redesign it once again? If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue

3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN
