Issue with display of a page

Hello,

I have a problem with this page: https://v2.unikpieces.ch/encheres/ (pwd: E-MM)
The page is created with the plugin Woocommerce Simple Auction and should simply display the auctions as you can see on their demo page. I’ve checked with the support of the plugin, but they told me it was as issue with the theme and this is the reason why I am asking you to help me to fix this issue.

The only things I have done in the setting for this page is selecting it in the WP Admin > Woocommerce > Settings > Enchères Unikpieces (https://snag.gy/tmUjwT.jpg).

Could you please help me to fix the issue?

Hey Antoine,

There’s a script error coming from a third party plugin. We need to ensure the issue is caused by X and not third party factors. Please backup your site and try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Also switch to the parent theme.

Thank you. I deactivated the plugin which was causing the issue. The script error is therefore not there anymore but there are still the same display problem. Any idea where is could come from and how to fix it?

Can you please edit the page and add the auction. content via shortcode. You can use classic raw content element for the shortcode.

Please check the documentation of the Woocommerce Simple Auction plugin for all shortcode.
seems there is the conflict between pro editor and the plugin, as the page is done using the editor.

Thanks for your explanation. The problem is that the page is not done with shortcode but simply through the settings by selecting the page in the WP Admin > Woocommerce > Settings > Enchères Unikpieces (https://snag.gy/tmUjwT.jpg).

I just created a new blank page (password: unikpieces), and selected it in the settings (so that the page is not built with the page builder). The problem remains the same.

Any idea how I could make it works?

Hi Antoine,

Upon testing your page, I still see javascript errors on the console log.

TypeError: slides[(slideIndex - 1)] is undefined

Try removing your custom javascript added to your site and see if that helps.

If not, provide us with the login credentials in a secure note to check your issue.
