We have been having some issues, with the checkout for our site https://supernovaliving.com Currently users cannot select a shipping method and both are applied at checkout. I have updated all plugins and also the theme. WooCommerce is also running optimally with little to no updates in the status tab. Can you take a look at this and let me know why it isn’t showing.
We have also used Checkout Editor as it is bundled with ThemeCo as a trusted extension.

If you go to woocommerce > settings > shipping > shipping zone you will see that you can add several zones for your shipping. And each Zone can have different shipping methods.
If you add a Zone and add more than one shipping method for that zone you will have a choice in the checkout page to select between the shipping methods:
If you have only one shipping method for the zone, there will be no choice and the shipping method will show at the end of the check out page like in the case of your website:
This is the default functionality of woocommerce plugin and our theme does not have anything to do with that feature. You can test the case by changing our theme to the default WordPress theme and you will see that the same feature is there.
I just tested that in my local installation and it is working with no problem.
