Properties page – shows all available properties from all agents.
Next to the map are filters to narrow your results:
Type of property / square footage / lease or sale / city / purpose / agent / min & max
Our issue is with the AGENT dropdown. It lists all agents, but it is not filtering by “agent,” but rather by “author.”
This is an issue when we have multiple agents repping a single property, because only one agent can be the “author.”
Currently, the property only shows up when you filter by the agent who is the author, and the property does not show up when you search by the additional agent.
I’ve attached a screen shot of the property management tool. There are 3 places to add multiple agents: property_broker, additional agents (right column), and in the details.
How can I change the “AGENT” filter (dropdown) on the Properties page to look for “property_broker (Brokers against the property)” or “Additional Agents” instead of just filtering by “Author?”
(Note: this will also help us when an administrator loads the property for an agent. If the administrator does not change the Author drop down to the agent, the property does not show up at all.)
