Issue with Adding WooCommerce Order in Backend

Hello!

I have an issue with Woocommerce on all our X sites ever since the updated versions came out for both. When I try to add an order in the backend and hit Recalculate or Save in the same location, a black screen appears and doesn’t go away. I have to refresh the page.

It renders adding orders nearly impossible and very awkward.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

If that doesn’t help, would you mind providing us some access to your dashboard so that we can take a closer look?

Regards.

Hello,
We’ve tried clearing the cache with no luck. I’ve provided admin access for you to test an order. I’ve attached a screenshot of the button that initiates the error.

Hi there,

I tried it and there is no black screen, it finishes the loading with no error in the ajax response. Maybe the UPS and USPS’ API aren’t loading okay or unreachable?

X and Pro theme has no connection with other aspects/features of Woocommere especially the shipping, so I’m not sure how it’s being affected. Perhaps there is something we can get from error logs?

I checked it for the last time and there is no black screen, the ajax loads and finishes with no problem, but yes, the shipping cost is still the same (maybe it’s because of free shipping).

Thanks!
