Issue with accessing header element in header builder

Hi there,

We are using the latest version of the PRO theme at this website:
https://birdiecar.com/cornerstone/edit/38

The issue is, when trying to access the Content Area Off Canvas element, it says that we have no permission.
We are admin level users, so it makes no sense. Could you help?

Hello @Pbalazs89,

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that you are using the deprecated element. I would suggest you go to the Cornerstone ---->Settings----> element —>Enable All Classic Elements and Toggle All Permissions. Please have a look at the screenshot below.

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts
