Issue with Accessing "Gridorama" Feature Despite Plan Purchase

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Kelly Begin, and I recently purchased the “Starter” plan, which includes 1 Website License for $135/year, as part of your summer sale promotion. According to the plan details listed on your website, all plans include a variety of features, including Gridorama, which is valued at $199.

However, when I attempted to access Gridorama, I was prompted to pay again to gain access to it. This has caused some confusion, as I was under the impression that this feature was included in the plan I purchased.

Could you please clarify why I am being asked to pay again for Gridorama? I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Dear ThemeCo Support Team,

I previously reached out regarding an issue I encountered with accessing the “Gridorama” feature included in the “Starter” plan that I purchased. However, I have since discovered that the problem was resolved by clicking on the small icon in the upper corner of the interface, which reset the Max cache and fetched the latest purchase history and course data.

It appears that this action successfully allowed me to access Gridorama as intended.
