Issue to send Form (Contact Form)

Hi,

We have used pro theme for very first time. We have used Contact Form 7 for form submission.

But there is error message: “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” during submission. We have checked the forum but could not find the solution. So hoping solution in this regards.

Hi @worxpronext,

This is most probably a problem regarding sending emails on your server. To test the case please kindly change the theme from Pro to the default WordPress theme such as Twenty-sixteen. Then test the case, if the form does not submit, this will show that our theme does not have anything to do with the problem.

In such a case, please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to enable the emailing service of PHP.

We used another Contact Form Plugin. Using another form plugin solved our issue.
