Issue: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend

Hi,

I have just installed WP on the site I am working on, and now when I activate pro or pro-child, I get this message: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.

I tried turning off all plugins, there is no custom code, I have the lates version of WP installed, the latest version of pro, PHP and MySQL are on the recommended versions and I have tried reinstalling the theme several times.

Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Thanks for writing in! Please enable the WordPress debug mode. You might be able to see an error message on the site right away. If not, the error log could reveal where the problem is originating.
