Issue removing an old blog post

Hi there,

I’m having an issue with a blog post that we’ve removed from our website. The post is still showing our “top posts” on certain blog categories and if I try to remove it via Cornerstone, the entire top posts section is deleted. Can anyone assist with this issue?

To help you with your concerns we need to check your setting, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• Exact page URL

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Hi thank you I have added the secure note. Here is a screenshot showing the blog that has been deleted but is still showing in the sidebar under “top posts”. The post is called “Dog Ear Types” and has been deleted from the posts section of the website.

Hello @sevenagesdesign,

I checked your site it seems that the sidebar posts are coming from the JSON looper content. You need to remove the JSON content from the blog layout. Please find the attached screenshot given in the secure note.
