Issue on The Grid drop down filter on Mobile

Hello!
I have an issue when I open a grid on mobile, sometimes the filter drop-down loads on the bottom of the screen (As the native drop-down, I think), and other times it loads as on pc. Is there a way to force the grid filter to always loads on the bottom of the screen on mobile?

Thanks for writing in!

We can see that you have installed the W3 Total Cache plugin. You may be haveing some caching plugin. Please clear all your plugin caches and then in your mobile phone, clear the browser cache as well. It is best that you use private browsing mode on your mobile and test your site again.

It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

CSS/JS Customization
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

By the way, which browser are you using on your mobile phone? Please test Chrome and Firefox as well.

I use safari, the problem persists even if I clear all caches. Also, is difficult to check if it is a plugin conflict because sometimes the filters work perfectly without making any changes.

If that is working sometimes, that might be an issue with cache as specified by my colleague in his post. I would still request you to troubleshoot the mentioned common issues, if that does not helps please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
